Diversion & Reentry Policy Analyst

Access Living seeks a full-time Diversion and Reentry Policy Analyst, who will be responsible for systems change efforts to improve diversion and reentry for people with disabilities. The Policy Analyst will assess, develop, and advocate for systems change that shifts diversion/reentry processes/programs towards more accessible and effective supports for all kinds of people with disabilities impacted by the criminal system.

Manager of Policy and Government Affairs

Access Living seeks a Manager of Policy and Government Affairs to support Access Living’s growing policy team. This exciting new management position will guide, inform, and support Access Living’s wide-ranging and complex disability policy and government affairs portfolio. The Manager of Policy and Government Affairs will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Access Living’s six policy staff and their policy campaigns/projects. Access Living seeks a senior attorney to join our Civil Rights Team in enforcing federal, state, and local laws that prohibit discrimination against people with disabilities. The new attorney will focus on fair housing enforcement and fair housing policy matters and supports Access Living’s commitment to igniting disability pride and power and dismantling systemic barriers.
