He has done presentations and workshops on disability awareness, the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities, and disability resources for employers.  He was part of a team that launched the first Chicago BLN and while employed at McDonald’s, Bradley successfully advocated for the inclusion of parathletes in the company’s advertisements during the Olympics and Paralympics. He has also been a strong advocate for many years with disability employee resource groups and disability recruitment outreach, including internships for students with disabilities. At present Kevin is part of HUB international.
