Jackie English is currently Managing Director of Global Corporate Banking Client Service for JP Morgan, where she leads a team of 1100 client service professionals across 40 countries. She joined JP Morgan in 2017 and held executive leadership roles in the Commercial Card business. Jackie also held executive management roles at American Express, where she served for 20 years in various product, marketing and client management leadership roles across several lines of business, including Commercial Card, Global Network Services and Global Merchant Services.
She is based in Chicago and is Executive Sponsor for the IL Go Green Committee and a Member of the Chicago Executive Committee. She also serves as co-chair of JPMC’s global sponsorship of Women in Payments.
Jackie holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa. She lives in Evanston, Illinois with her husband Louis and together they enjoy global traveling now that their three children are off living on their own.
