Corey Turner is an accomplished human resources executive with over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Recruitment Delivery at JLL, a global leader in real estate services, Corey leads a team encompassing 200+ TA professionals supporting various areas of JLL’s business.

Throughout his career, Corey has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and foster inclusive workplace cultures. At JLL, he has been instrumental in creating global talent acquisition structures, standardizing recruitment processes, and supporting M&A activities. His previous roles at Waterton and Cushman & Wakefield showcase his ability to lead comprehensive talent management strategies, diversity and inclusion efforts, and organizational design initiatives. He also worked for V&V Supremo Foods where he was the VP, Head of HR.

Corey’s experience spans various industries, including real estate, food production, and healthcare. He has a proven track record of optimizing HR processes, reducing costs, and improving employee engagement. His innovative approaches to talent acquisition and management have earned him recognition, including being named to the LinkedIn 100 as one of the most influential talent acquisition leaders worldwide.

With a master’s degree in rehabilitation Ccunseling from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s in rehabilitation and Spanish from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Corey brings a unique perspective to his HR leadership. He holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification since 2005 and is a Certified Strengths Trainer. He also was a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) for 21 years.

Corey is actively involved in professional and community organizations, serving on the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab RRTC Advisory Board and maintaining membership in the Society for Human Resources Management. His expertise has been recognized through publications and speaking engagements, further solidifying his status as a thought leader in the HR field.
