Emiranda Miller is Senior Vice President and Division Counsel at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where she also serves as Assistant Corporate Secretary. She provides strategic legal guidance on capital markets, investments, and membership matters, playing a key role in advancing the organization’s mission. Ms. Miller holds an LL.M. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a J.D. from New England Law Boston. She is a member of the Women’s Board at Kohl Children’s Museum of Greater Chicago.
