
Chad E. Turner is a Managing Director at Bank of America in Chicago. His commitment to advancing disability inclusion is informed by his personal experience as both an ally and an individual with a disability. Chad serves on the global leadership team of the Bank of America Disability Action Network employee resource group and as Finance chair.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Chad worked for JPMorgan Chase in finance and accounting leadership roles, and served on the national board of their Access Ability Business Resource Group. He is a 2017 Disability Lead Fellow, and currently chairs its Board of Directors. Since 2019, he has contributed to Access Living through its finance committee, and as Treasurer from 2023-25.
Chad’s past community involvement includes serving as a governing member ambassador for the Chicago Zoological Society and participating in the Museum of Science & Industry’s Mission Accessible Task Force.
He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from Bradley University, where he is Vice Chair of the Department of Accounting Advisory Council.
