Access Living’s Statement on Governor Pritzker’s Proposed Budget for FY2022
Access Living paid close attention yesterday to Governor Pritzker’s rollout of his Fiscal Year 2022 budget proposal.
We applaud the Pritzker team’s prioritization of critical healthcare and human services supports, including support to repair and build disability services at Centers for Independent Living in every county in this state.
We realize the State’s fiscal forecast is complex, but we look forward to partnering with the Pritzker administration and our state legislators to further a vision where equity, inclusion and opportunity are real for all Illinoisans with disabilities.
