April 15, 2025 | by Amber Smock

Let’s talk community events! Join us April 16, from 1 pm to 2:30 pm Central Time for the next installment in the “Knowledge is Power” (KIP) series. KIP is a community education series developed by the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities (ICDD) and Access Living. The focus of KIP is to talk about how federal government actions affect people with disabilities, and how we can make our concerns known. Come prepared to ask questions.

Registration is required. Please register at this link.

Access: We will have captioning, ASL, and Spanish interpretation. When you register, please be sure to let us know on the form if you need additional access support.

The next Access Living Community Dinner is on Thursday, April 24! We’re so pleased with the enthusiastic response to our free community dinners and look forward to welcoming you.

Be sure to RSVP for your spot as soon as possible, because the seats go fast! Due to space restrictions and access considerations, you MUST be on the RSVP list to attend.
