Medicaid SEIU Town Hall This Saturday
Join us on Saturday, April 26, from 2 pm to 4 pm Central Time, as we partner with SEIU Healthcare to talk about how the federal government’s potential plans to cut Medicaid will impact people with disabilities, and how we can make our concerns known to our elected officials. We will also discuss voicing concerns to state elected officials regarding the imminent impact that 33,000 immigrants will face on July 1, when they will no longer be eligible for Medicaid. Come prepared to ask questions.
This is an IN-PERSON event ONLY
- Access: We will have captioning, ASL, and Spanish interpretation.
- Date: Saturday, April 26
- Time: 2-4:00PM
- Where: SEIU Healthcare 2229 S. Halsted St.
Please share these opportunities with fellow advocates in the Chicago area and in Illinois. Thank you for your advocacy!
