Kurt Schulenburg is a managing director of EY’s insurance advisory practice. He consults with property and casualty insurance companies on aligning their technology strategy to their business objectives, and leads large scale IT system implementations. He leads EY’s business resource group, AccessAbilities, promoting disability inclusivity in EY’s Chicago office. He also provides external representation for EY at local disability inclusivity conferences and events. In addition to his local role, he serves on EY’s AccessAbilities’ national steering committee. Kurt joined the Access Living Board of Directors in 2016 and has served on the program and resource development committees. He and his wife are the parents of two boys: Bennett, 11 and Luke, 14, who was diagnosed with autism when he was 13 months old. Kurt and Rachel have been supporters of the autism community ever since.
