Kevin is an associate of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. As a litigator, Kevin represents clients in a range of employment disputes, including complex discrimination class actions, wage and hour class and collective actions, and single-plaintiff discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation actions. Outside of the courtroom Kevin believes strongly in the power of proactive problem-solving, and devotes a considerable portion of his practice counseling employers on how to find practical solutions to their business quandaries.
Kevin is extremely active in the disability community and speaks extensively on various aspects of disability, diversity, disability education, and empowerment. He is a member of Seyfarth Shaw’s nationally recognized specialty Disability Access and Defense Team, where he assists his clients through issues related to architectural barriers, website accessibility, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines compliance, effective communication, service animals, and other public accommodations matters arising under Title II and III of the ADA, the Fair Housing Act, and state access laws. Kevin is regularly quoted by news sources such as Forbes, Corporate Counsel, Newsy, Law Practice Today, and LXBN, and has been recognized by the American Bar Association as someone “transforming the legal profession.”
