Nichole Gladney

 

Nichole is an inspired non-profit leader with extensive experience in community advocacy, program development and community engagement. Nichole is highly skilled at identifying new opportunities to support community needs and expanding services to meet those requirements on time and under budget.

Prior to joining Access Living, Nichole was the Vice President of Service Provision and Advocacy where she negotiated service contracts with community and county partners, managed and oversaw supportive services offered to over 40,000 individuals and families, and improved existing policies and procedures by conducting detailed program analysis.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation management from Southern Illinois University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
