DESCRIPTION:This Valentine’s Day\, People Over Profit (POP) is hosting “Love Without Limits: A Valentine’s Day Celebration of Disabled Empowerment”. This event will be held at Access Living on February 13th and February 14th. \n\n\n\nOn February 13th\, join us from 1-2:30PM for a panel discussion with disability activists and organizers to discuss how marriage can impact SSI benefits. Following the panel\, we will have a movie screening of “Patrice” a documentary that showcases the fight for disabled people to get married\, as well as a talk back with the film’s protagonists.   \n\n\n\nFebruary 14th\, we will have a disability prom from 3pm-5:30pm! \n\n\n\nPlease register in advance for both events:\n\n\n\n\nRSVP for 2/13 here\n\n\n\nRSVP for the Disability Prom here\n\n\n\n\nAccommodation Requests: Please contact Larry Dean at ldean@accessliving.org.
