This is a concept to completion process. The scope of services include providing Access Living with direction, guidance and assistance with respect to developing the form and formatting of Access Living’s 2020-2022 strategic plan, and writing the plan. Access Living is a complex organization with many different stakeholders including staff, Board, clients, members, community partners and others. The successful candidate will propose a strategic plan and planning process that involves all relevant groups. As a guide, past strategic plan development has included: an external scan, interviews and surveys with and of stakeholders, a board/staff retreat, facilitation of steering group meetings, and facilitation of working group meetings.
