The CPS recently announced the proposed budget for the FY 2016 School Year. The draft budget includes millions of dollars in cuts, which would result of hundreds of positions within Special Education. On August 19, Access Living’s Education Policy Analyst Rod Estvan was a guest on Chicago Public Radio’s “Morning Shift” Program. On the show, Rod talked about the potential impact of the cuts.
