For several years, Access Living has been a part of the Dignity in Schools Campaign. The campaign “challenges the systemic problem of push out in our nation’s schools and advocates for the human right of every child to a quality education and to be treated with dignity. Access Living got involved with the campaign to give voice to the disability
community on push-out issues and to ensure that action steps of the campaign reflected disability.
