Access Living

LCM Architects planned and designed the new 50,000 SF headquarters for Access Living. Staffed with a large number of people with disabilities, the building is designed for a wide range of occupants and users according the principles of Universal Design. In addition, the building will features a Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) rating, and a “green roof”. The four-story building is designed in masonry and features a curtain-wall with clear glass and expressed horizontal mullions fronting on Chicago Avenue. Building amenities include one level of below grade parking for 18 cars and a roof garden that compliments “green roof”.
