Touch-less features throughout assist the disabled and save water. Similar to what you might find at an airport, main bathroom entrances do not have doors, easing access. Sinks have increased knee clearance and lowered top to assist those using wheelchairs. Water usage is reduced through automatic touchless water fountains, faucets and flush valves, along with water-conserving fixtures.
